NICH Karachi Tender for Plant and Machinery Supply 2026–27

The Government of Sindh, National Institute of Child Health (NICH), Rafiqui (H.J.) Shaheed Road, Karachi-75510, invites electronic bids for the supply of A09601 – Plant and Machinery under SNE (New) for the financial year 2026–27. The notice bears reference ADMN/4140/NICH, dated 4 November 2026, and identifies the Executive Director, Jinnah Postgraduate Medical Centre, Karachi, as the officer inviting bids.

Eligible bidders include suppliers, firms, manufacturers, importers and authorized distributors appearing on the Active Taxpayers List of the FBR or SRB, whichever applies. Procurement will follow Rule 46(2), Single Stage–Two Envelopes Procedure.

Bidders must register on the EPADS system at https://sindh.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit their bids electronically through EPADS only. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids must be prepared according to the instructions in the bidding documents.

The original instrument for the tender fee and the bid security must reach the procuring agency before the electronic bid submission deadline.
