TransPeshawar Tender for Procurement of Office Laptops

TransPeshawar (The Urban Mobility Company) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of laptops for its office under reference number TPC/IT/OCB/Laptops/2026-27/01, dated November 6, 2026.

TransPeshawar is a company established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, responsible for the implementation, management and maintenance of urban rapid transit projects assigned by the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Urban Mobility Authority. Its stated policy is zero tolerance for corruption.

Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax, possess NTN and STRN registrations, and appear on the FBR Active Taxpayer List. The detailed schedule of supply is included in the Bid Solicitation Document.

Procurement will follow the Act and Rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA), using the Single Stage: One Envelope competitive bidding procedure.
