UBL Recovery Suit No. 183/2026 – Banking Court No. 7 Karachi Summons

Banking Court No. 7, Karachi, has issued a summons in Suit No. 183 of 2026 filed by United Bank Limited for recovery of Rs. 1,924,704.41 under Section 9 of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001, Ordinance No. XLVI of 2001.

The defendant, identified by CNIC No. 42301-9414623-5, is directed to appear before the court on 5 December 2026 at 8:30 a.m. The court is located at Block 48-C, Pakistan Secretariat, Saddar, Karachi.

The defendant must apply for leave to defend the recovery suit within 30 days of service of the summons. Failure to comply may result in a decree or another appropriate order after expiry of the prescribed 30-day period.
