Rescue 1122 Mardan Absence Notice to Sajid Saif, HTV BPS-04

The Director General, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Emergency Rescue Service (Rescue 1122), issues this absence notice to Sajid Saif, son of Bakhtullah Khan, HTV employee in BPS-04.

According to District Emergency Officer Mardan letter No. 11/DEO/GEN 11401-04, the employee has remained continuously absent from duty since 13 May 2026. A notice directing him to report for duty was sent on 10 August 2026, but he neither submitted a reply nor reported for duty.

Sajid Saif is directed to submit an explanation for his absence to the District Emergency Officer within 15 days of publication of this notice. Failure to comply may result in legal action and dismissal from service.
