MDA Public Notice for Proposed Commercial Layout Approval of Plot 01 in Malir, Karachi

The Directorate of Town Planning, Malir Development Authority (MDA), has issued a public notice concerning approval of the proposed commercial layout plan for Plot No. 01, comprising 496 square yards, within Survey Nos. 335/1/1 and 450/1/1 in Murad Memon Taluka, District Malir, Karachi.

The notice is dated 5 November 2026 and bears reference No. MDA/MPD/DEH-621/2026/472.

The proposed layout is being processed under the Malir Development Authority Act, 1993–94, as amended; the Karachi Building and Town Planning Regulations (KBTPR), 2002, amended in 2013; and Clause 15.5-2 of the Malir Development Authority Town Planning Regulations, 2015.

Anyone with an objection to the proposed commercial layout may submit it within seven days of publication, during office hours, to the Director, Town Planning, Malir Development Authority, Plot G-4/B, Block 17, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. Objections received after the prescribed period will not be considered.
