Timergara Medical College Final Show Cause Notice to Muhammad Mudassir Shah

The Principal/Chief Executive of Timergara Medical College, Dir Lower, and DHQ Teaching Hospital Timergara has issued a final show cause notice to Mr. Muhammad Mudassir Shah, son of Mukamil Khan, CNIC No. 16101-6948039-3, serving as Sub-Engineer (Electrical), BPS-11, at Timergara Medical College.

The notice concerns continuous absence from duty since November 2025 without prior notice or permission. The employee is subject to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2011.

The notice records that he failed to resume his duties and treats this conduct as inefficiency and misconduct in the discharge of official duties. He is required to submit a written explanation within fifteen (15) days of issuance of this notice, showing why the major penalty of removal from service should not be imposed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Government Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules, 2011.

The written reply must reach the issuing office within the prescribed period. Failure to respond will be treated as having no defence to offer, and further proceedings will be initiated under the relevant service rules and law. He must also convey in writing whether he wishes to be heard in person.
