Pakistan Tobacco Board E-Tender for Solarization and Solar Tube Wells in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Pakistan Tobacco Board, Ministry of National Food Security & Research, invites sealed bids from registered firms for solarization of its Head Office in Peshawar and the offices and laboratories of its research stations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The work also includes installation of solar tube wells at Tobacco Research Station (TRS) Mardan and Tobacco Research Sub-Station (TRSS) Mansehra.

The firm will be selected through the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure under Rule 27(b) of PPRA Rules, 2026, issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, as amended from time to time. The regulations may be viewed at www.ppra.org.pk/legal documents/regulations.

Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, item-wise specifications, bid submission procedures and bid security requirements may be obtained from the office of the Director (R&D) or downloaded from www.ppra.org.pk or www.ptb.gov.pk. Bidders must carefully prepare their bidding documents according to the instructions and submit them through EPADS, following the submission schedule announced on EPADS and PPRA.
