Pakistan Marine Academy Tender for 63rd Batch Passing-Out Parade Arrangements

Pakistan Marine Academy, Ministry of Maritime Affairs, invites online bids from well-reputed and authorized firms or contractors for arrangements for the passing-out parade of the 63rd batch of PMA cadets. Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities.

The procurement will follow the Single Stage–Single Envelope procedure through the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority’s E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS). Bids submitted through any means other than E-PADS will not be considered.

A refundable bid security equal to 2% of the total quoted price, in favour of Pakistan Marine Academy, must be submitted separately with each bid. Any bid without the required earnest money will be rejected.

Electronic bids must be submitted through E-PADS by 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, 24 November 2026. The Purchase Committee will open the electronic bids through E-PADS at 11:00 a.m. on the same day in the Conference Room, Pakistan Marine Academy, Karachi.
