United Bank Limited Recovery Suit No. 181/2026 – Banking Court IV Karachi

Banking Court IV, Karachi, presided over by Judge Muhammad Ehsan Khan Durrani, has issued summons in Suit No. 181/2026 filed by United Bank Limited for recovery under Section 9(1) of the Financial Institutions (Recovery of Finances) Ordinance, 2001 (Ordinance XLVI of 2001).
