The auction will be conducted under Order XXI, Rule 64 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908. The property will be sold on an as-is, where-is basis.
The successful bidder must deposit 25% of the purchase price immediately and submit a copy of their CNIC to Banking Court III, Karachi. The remaining 75% must be paid within 15 days. Failure to deposit the balance within the prescribed period will result in forfeiture of the initial deposit.
Government taxes and other applicable charges will be borne by the purchaser. The sale is subject to approval by the court, which reserves the right to reject bids. Auction proceedings will be conducted through the Nazir of Banking Court III, Karachi.
