Tender Notice 02/2026 for Radiation Protection Equipment in Islamabad

A public sector organization invites sealed tenders under National Competitive Bidding from Income Tax and Sales Tax registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and importers for the supply of radiation protection equipment.

Bidding documents containing detailed specifications, item quantities, and terms and conditions may be obtained during office hours on working days, Monday to Friday, against payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1,000 through a Demand Draft or Pay Order in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad. Documents may be collected from the office of Incharge Procurement, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad.

Bids must be delivered by 11:00 a.m. on 3 December 2026. They will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who wish to attend.

Each bid must include bid security equal to 2% of the total bid value, in the form of a Demand Draft (DD) or Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of Head LAO, P.O. Box No. 1175, Islamabad. Quotations without earnest money, or with insufficient earnest money, may be rejected.

The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
