Farooq Hospital Lahore Tender Notice for Canteen and OPD Tuck Shop Contracts

Farooq Hospital, Allama Iqbal Town Branch, Lahore, invites tenders from eligible individuals and organizations for its canteen and tuck shop contracts through public auction.

Tender forms and documents containing the terms and conditions may be obtained following publication of the notice until 18 November 2026, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, from 66 Karim Block, Allama Iqbal Town, Lahore. The applicable non-refundable tender fee must be paid in cash.

Submit tenders with the required documents by 11:00 AM on 19 November 2026. Tenders will be opened at 2:00 PM on the same day. Each tender must include a security deposit of Rs. 100,000 in the form of a CDR payable to Farooq Hospital.

Participants must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Blacklisted firms and contractors are not eligible. Hospital management reserves the right to accept or reject any tender without assigning a reason.

Important condition: Cooking is prohibited in the canteen. Only prepared food may be sold.
