Tender Notice — Provision of RO Water Filtration Plant, District & Sessions Court Tando Allahyar

Office of the 2nd Senior Civil Judge / Chairman Procurement Committee, District & Sessions Court, Tando Allahyar invites electronically encrypted bids through the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePPRA) System under the single stage – two envelope procedure for the works listed below.

Key instructions and conditions:

• Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA e-Procurement (ePPRA) System. Original documents where required must reach the Procuring Agency before the bid opening time.
• Earnest Money: 2% of the bid value in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order favoring ACCESS TO JUSTICE DEVELOPMENT FUND for District & Sessions Court Tando Allahyar. The scanned copy of the Bank Draft/Pay Order must be uploaded on the e-portal; the original should reach the Procuring Agency prior to opening.
• Tender fee: PKR 1,000 (non-refundable) to be submitted in the form of Bank Draft/Pay Order.
• Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and provide proof of NTN and, where applicable, sales tax registration.
• Proposals must comply with Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (and amendments). Financial proposals will be opened online through the e-PPADB System while technical proposals will be evaluated as per procedure. Incomplete, ambiguous, or conditional bids will be rejected.
