NHA Sindh-South Invitation to Bid: Provision of 16 Security Guards for Karachi & Attached Offices (2-Year)

Ministry of Communications – National Highway Authority (NHA), Sindh-South Region (Administration Wing), Karachi invites sealed bids under Single-Stage Two-Envelope procedure for the provision of sixteen (16) security guards (preferably ex-servicemen) for the NHA Regional Office (Sindh-South), Karachi and its attached offices/locations for a period of two years.

Eligibility & requirements: Registered security companies holding NOC(s) from the Ministry of Interior / relevant Home Department and valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration are eligible. Firms blacklisted by the Government will not be considered. Preference is indicated for ex-servicemen as guards.

Bid documents & fee: Bidding documents are available from the NHA office on payment of a non-refundable document fee of Rs. 2,000 (payable to National Highway Authority, Karachi) as described in the notice.

Bid security: A bid security / deposit of Rs. 75,000 in favour of National Highway Authority, Karachi is required as indicated in the advertisement.

Procedure & submission: Single-Stage Two-Envelope method will be used (technical and financial envelopes). Bids must be submitted in sealed form to the office of the General Manager (Sindh South), NHA. Technical envelopes will be opened as per the terms in the bidding documents.
