Office of the District Council Rajanpur invites online bids for multiple civil works on item-rate basis under PPRA rules via the Punjab e-Procurement (E-Tendering) system. Issuer: Chief Officer, District Council Rajanpur. Submission must be made through the Punjab e-Procurement portal after registration.
Key instructions: bidders must be registered with PPRA/E-PADs and with the Punjab e-Procurement website (https://punjabprocure.gov.pk). Bids will be received up to 02:00 PM on the closing date and will be opened at 02:30 PM on the same day at the District Council Rajanpur office. A 5% bid security (Call Deposit Receipt from a scheduled bank) is required with each bid. If the lowest bid is more than 5% below the DNIT, the lowest bidder must deposit an additional 10% performance security (including the earnest money) within 15 days of opening. Scanned CDR must be uploaded with the bid on the e-portal and the original CDR delivered to the office of the District Council before the closing time; failure to provide the original CDR will render the bid non-responsive. Bidding documents are available on the PPRA Punjab website and bidders must comply with PPRA Rules (2014, amended).
