Issuer: Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO). HAZECO invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) on National Competitive Bidding (NCB) basis from Tax Registered Companies/firms/bidders for disposal of a 66kV redundant transmission line from Havelian to Abbottabad under the jurisdiction of S&ST Division Abbottabad.

- Submission method: Online via E-PADS portal (http://www.epads.gov.pk). All required bidding documents must be uploaded on the portal.
- Bid security: Scanned copy of original bid security must be uploaded to E-PADS. The original bank guarantee/Pay Order (as specified) in the name of HAZECO HQ, College Road, Abbottabad must reach the Manager (SCM) HAZECO HQ before bid submission deadline, otherwise the bid will be declared non-responsive.
- Disposal condition: Items will be disposed of on an "As is Where is" basis.
- Inspection: Interested bidders may inspect sites/locations on working days between 09:00 and 16:00.
- Bid validity: 90 days.
- Quantity: Bids must be for full quantity of the tender; bids for partial quantities will not be accepted.
- Taxes and rules: Bids/Governance subject to WAPDA Disposal Procedure and PPRA procurement rules. All applicable PPRA rules, SROs, and amendments shall apply.
- Opening: Bids will be opened on E-Pads promptly in public in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
