ICMA Pakistan EOI: Purchase of Building for Faisalabad Campus

Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMA Pakistan) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested/willing individual owners or parties (active taxpayers on FBR list) for the purchase of a building to be used as the ICMA Faisalabad Campus.

Required property attributes: preferably a corner property on a main road within a commercial or educational zone; commercially usable with easy access to public transport; provision of water, gas, electricity, sanitation and adequate car parking; presentable and in good condition; clear and marketable title free of encumbrances; all relevant NOCs and documents available.

Submission requirements: TORs/EOI documents containing all requisite information must be submitted in one envelope as per Clause 36(a) of PPRA Rules. Late submissions will not be considered. A non-refundable EOI documents fee of Rs. 25,000 is required to be deposited to ICMA Pakistan's bank account (details below) and evidence of payment submitted with the EOI.
