District Police Kohat Tender: Vehicle Repairs, Parts and Office Stationery — Submit by 2026-08-10

District Police Kohat invites sealed tenders for Financial Year 2026-27 for comprehensive repair, overhaul and supply of engine spare parts, tyres, tubes, rims, batteries and related works for all government vehicles (trucks, prisoner vans, forklifts, Prado single & double-cabin pickups, motorbikes, APCs, etc.), as well as supply of office stationery. Tenders must be submitted by 2026-08-10 at 11:00 AM to the District Police Office, Kohat; bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM in the presence of bidders.

Bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa authorities where applicable and must provide an NTN and a copy of CNIC with the tender. A 2% call deposit in the form of a bank draft payable to the District Police Officer, Kohat is required. Payments will be made after completion of work and bill passing; approved tenders are valid until 2027-06-30. Tender documents are available from the DPO office one day before submission during office hours. The department may cancel one or all tenders under KPPRA rules.
