ASF Invitation to E-Bid for Uniforms & Accessories — Deadline 2026-08-21

Issuer: Headquarters Airports Security Force (Ref: No. 1/2026-27/Proc). The Headquarters Airports Security Force invites sealed e-bids for supply of uniform cloth, stitched uniforms and assorted accessories via EPADS v2.0.

E-Bidding documents, terms, specifications and requirements are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) at https://vendors.epads.gov.ok. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate.

Bid submission and opening:

- Submission method: Submit e-bids through EPADS v2.0. Hardcopies in sealed envelopes should also be forwarded to HQs ASF Procurement Branch Karachi as instructed in the bidding documents.

- Deadline for submission: 2026-08-21 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0.

Bid security: All bids must be accompanied by a bid security as described in the bidding document, in the form of Pay Order / Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of "Headquarters Airports Security Force." The original bid security instrument must reach the office before bid closing or the bid may be disqualified.

Other conditions: DG ASF reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per PPRA Rules, 2004.
