Eligibility: Technical and Financial bids are invited from PEC-registered contractors/firms with relevant experience in similar works. Preference may be given to firms with past experience working with M/s KE. Valid PEC license for the year 2026-2027 is required.
How to obtain bidding documents: From the office of PD PNWHS (South), NHS KARSaz Phase 1, Street No. 09, National Stadium Road, Karachi. Documents available between 0900–1300 hours w.e.f. 2026-10-12 on submission of written request and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 10,000 per set.
Submission & opening: Sealed Financial/Quotation bids will be received at the same office by 11:00 hours on 2026-10-26. Financial bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Other conditions: Bidders must comply with instructions in the bidding documents. PNWHS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under applicable rules and regulations.
