The General Manager/Project Director (GM/PD), Dasu Hydropower Project (Dasu HPP), Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) / Member (Water) invites electronic bids for civil works for the Construction of Dubair Road - Package-I. Funds have been reserved for procurement planned for FY 2026-27 and part of the proceeds will be applied to this contract (Ref: P67895).
Bidding will be conducted through the e-procurement system EPADS v2.0 using Single Stage Two Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related regulations and guidelines.
