Lasbela University of Agriculture, Water and Marine Sciences (LUAWMS), Uthal invites sealed bids via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the procurement and installation of an RFID/Biometric-based entrance access control system at its student hostels. Eligible bidders include original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and listed on the Active Taxpayers List.
