Key Instructions & Conditions
- Bids shall be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Procurement documents and evaluation criteria can be downloaded from the e-procurement portal and the Irrigation Department website.
- Bidders must upload their Technical and Financial proposals on E-PADS before the stated deadline.
- Bid validity: 120 days.
- Bid security/Additional Security in the required form must be provided as per bidding documents. The procuring entity may accept Bid Security in the form of CD/Bank Guarantee from scheduled banks or other instruments specified in the bidding documents.
- All bidders are required to be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority where applicable.
- The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per rules; conditional/altered/overwritten or incomplete documents may be considered non-responsive.
