Municipal Committee Khanpur invites annual quotations through the Punjab E-Procurement System for supply, rental and service contracts for Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible contractors, firms, shopkeepers, general order suppliers and service providers may submit separate quotations for each listed lot. Quotations must be submitted via the Punjab E-Procurement System and reach the Office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure), Municipal Committee Khanpur on or before 2026-08-17 by 13:00 hrs. Quotations will be opened the same day at 14:00 hrs in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
Each quotation must be accompanied by the prescribed bid security (earnest money) in the name of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure), Municipal Committee Khanpur. Applicable taxes will be borne by the successful bidder and deducted at source as per government rules. Separate quotations are required for each work/item. Detailed specifications, bidding documents and other information are available from the Office of the Municipal Officer (Infrastructure), Municipal Committee Khanpur. Submission via any bank/financial institution other than the Bank of Punjab securities (if required by bidding docs) may lead to rejection.
