Issuer: Directorate of Learners & Non-Formal Education, School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh.
Purpose: Request for Proposals (RFP) for the establishment and operationalization of Non-Formal Education (NFE) centers in 06 locations across Sindh. The procurement invites qualified civil society organizations to implement NFE centers under the program “The Establishment / Operationalization Education of Non-Formal Center”.
Who may apply: Registered NGOs, CSOs, CBOs and other partner organizations with relevant experience in non-formal/learning programs are eligible to respond as per the RFP conditions.
How to apply: Interested bidders must obtain RFP documents and submit proposals electronically via the Sindh e-Procurement portal (EPADS) at https://portal.sindh.eprocure.gov.pk in accordance with SPPRA rules and the instructions in the tender documents.
