The Bank of Punjab Tender: Hiring Contractors for Renovation of Three BOP Branches

Issuer: The Bank of Punjab. Purpose: Hiring of contractors for renovation work at three BOP branches under a Single Stage–Two Envelope Bidding Process.

Bid documents are available free of cost on the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website. Bids must be uploaded/submitted on the Punjab e-Procurement System by 2026-08-17 (11:00 am). Technical bids will be opened on 2026-08-17 at 11:30 am in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Financial bids of only technically qualified bidders will be opened on a date/time to be announced later.

Requirements & conditions:

- Bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be paid/submitted via Bank Guarantee options digitally through the generated PSID on the Punjab e-Procurement System.
- Prices must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
- Valid NTN and GST registration certificates are required with the bids.
- The tender is uploaded on PPRA, The Bank of Punjab (www.bop.com.pk) and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. The Bank will not be responsible for any cost incurred in submission of bids.
