Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA), DHA City Karachi invites sealed bids for the construction of two farmhouses and balance works in Sector 01, DHA City Karachi. Eligible contractors must have valid PEC registration for 2025-26 and be active taxpayers. A bid security of 2% of the bid amount must be submitted as a Pay Order in favor of DHA City Karachi.
Bid documents are available from the Technical Contract (TC) Section, DHA City Karachi from 16 July 2026 on written request and payment of the non-refundable bid document fee (Pay Order). Sealed original bids must be delivered to the TC Section by 14:30 on 06 Aug 2026; bids will be opened the same day at 15:00 in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.
