Pakistan Infrastructure Development Company Limited (PIDCL), Ministry of Housing & Works, Government of Pakistan, invites bids through the e-PADS (Version 2.0) single-stage one-envelope procurement method for multiple civil works contract packages in Sindh. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the required category, registered with FBR/other applicable tax authorities, and meet eligibility and bid security requirements listed below. Bidding documents are available online at the e-procure portal on payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000. Bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee is required as indicated per package. Submission and opening of bids will be conducted electronically via e-PADS; scanned copies of bid security and required documents must be uploaded as instructed in the tender documents. - Bidding documents are available online via the e-procure/e-PADS portal (eprocure.gov.pk). A non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 is payable to PIDCL.
