The Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Jamrud invites bids by E-Auction for specified revenue items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The auction will be held online via the LGKP portal http://etmis.lgkp.gov.pk/public on 07.05.2026 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Eligible individuals/firms must be duly registered in the relevant class with the Peshawar local council and must submit separate earnest money deposits for each lot as listed on the portal. Successful bidders are required to deposit 50% advance and the remaining 50% in three equal monthly installments, submit required documents within three days, and will be subject to penalties or cancellation for delayed payment.
