Tender Notice (E-Bids) — Supply of Dental & Hospital Consumables | Saidu College of Dentistry, Saidu Sharif, Swat

The Principal, Saidu College of Dentistry, Saidu Sharif Swat invites e-bids through E-PADS from authorized firms/vendors registered with FBR and KPPRA for provision of dental and hospital supplies for the fiscal year 2022–2027. Procurement will be carried out on a Single Stage Single Envelope basis in accordance with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPRA) Procurement Rules, 2014.

How to obtain bid documents: Bidding documents, detailed terms and conditions, specifications and requirements are available to registered bidders on E-PADS and at the institution websites: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk, www.kppra.gov.pk and www.scd.edu.pk.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements:

• Only suppliers/contractors registered with KPPRA/E-PADS will be eligible. Unregistered firms may complete registration on the official procurement portal.
• E-bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions contained in the bidding documents and include all required documents.
• Scanned copies of all documents must be uploaded through E-PADS when submitting the e-bid.
• Bid security must be provided in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt. The original must also be submitted to the office of the Principal, Saidu College of Dentistry, Saidu Sharif Swat before the bid closing time.
• Manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bids will be opened on the specified date and time.
• The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per Rule 47 of the KPPRA Procurement Rules, 2014.
