Sindh IT Department Tender: Hardware Supply for E-Daftar Project (Est. PKR 85.00M)

Issuer: Science & Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh. Purpose: Procurement, supply and delivery of hardware for the project titled "Development, Management, Technical Support and Operation of the E-Daftar" for the Financial Year 2026-27. Eligible bidders include manufacturers, importers, authorized distributors, suppliers and firms registered on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and registered on the Sindh EPADS portal.

Estimated cost: PKR 85.00 million (total).

Submission and opening: Electronic bids (e-Bids) must be submitted only through the Sindh E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal. Bids shall be submitted by the deadline and will be opened electronically. The Bid Submission deadline is 2026-08-10 at 14:00; Technical proposals of technically responsive bidders will be opened on 2026-08-10 at 14:45.

Bid security: A bid security of 2.5% of the total quoted bid price is required. Bid security shall remain valid for 90 days. All bidding and procurement will follow the Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (as amended).
