Punjab Highways Dept Tender: Repair/Restoration of Breached Section, Nankana Sahib (TS No MTC/SE/LHR/2025/136/MTC)

Issuer: Executive Engineer, Highways Division, Nankana Sahib (Superintending Engineer, Highways Circle Lahore).

Purpose: Invitation to engineering firms/contractors to submit tenders for Special Repair/Restoration of breached section of Buchakey par to Sheikh da Tool road (length ~500 ft) in District Nankana Sahib.

Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements:

• Firms must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category/code and hold a valid renewed PEC license for Financial Year 2026-27.
• Contractors/Firms must be registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk / https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and submit bids through the PPRA e-procurement system.
• Bid Security: Earnest money in the form of CDR only (no other form accepted) in favour of Executive Engineer Highways Division Nankana Sahib @ 5% of the estimated (DNIT) cost.
• Performance Security/Guarantee: 10% of contract amount to be furnished within 15 days of receipt of award in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, Cashier’s Cheque, Pay Order or Bank Guarantee (valid for 3 months beyond completion period, plus any extension as applicable).

Submission & Opening:

• Bids must be uploaded on the PPRA e-procurement website and submitted prior to the opening time; responsive bids will be downloaded and announced publicly.
• Contractors or their authorized representatives may attend the bid opening at the Office of Commissioner Lahore Division; the specified opening date/time is below.

Other important notes: Submission of false/fake documents (e.g., forged CDR, PEC license) will lead to disqualification and may invite legal action. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules. Claims of successful bidders must be submitted electronically and will be processed via the Digital Measurement Book. No price variation will be admissible unless otherwise stated in the document.
