Office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope) for Development Schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026-27 from registered contractors on e-PADs and Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category/codes for FY 2026-27.

Submission & opening: Tender documents must be uploaded to the e-Procurement / ePUNJAB dashboard by 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on the same day, 2026-08-10 at 12:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin. All procurement activities will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System; bidders must follow the portal guidelines.
Bid security and conditions: Bid security must be uploaded per e-Procurement guidelines. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Method of selection: least cost. If a bidder quotes more than 4.99% below the estimated cost, additional performance security will be required in accordance with applicable Finance Department and L.G.&CD Department instructions. Submission of forged documents or non-compliance may lead to legal action and blacklisting as per rules. All procurements will follow PPRA and provincial e-procurement procedures.
