Pakistan Railways invites proposals from pre-qualified firms/companies/JVs for outsourcing operation and management of three existing Concrete Sleeper Factories located at Sukkur, Khanewal and Kohat Cantt for a 15-year concession under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) on a Rehabilitate, Upgrade, Maintain and Operate basis in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b) using the Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure.
