Eligibility & Documents: Firms/contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council for the Financial Year 2026-27 in the relevant category/codes and must possess NTN, STRN and PR & CA certificates with active tax filer status. Bids must include bid security at 2% of the estimated cost in the form of a Bank Guarantee in accordance with PPRA Circular No. L&M(PPRA)10/01/2011 dated 29-07-2020 in favor of the “Security Account Daanish School (Boys) Hasilpur.”
Submission Procedure: This tender follows Single Stage Single Envelope procedures. E-bids must be submitted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (https://ppra.punjab.gov.pk). E-bids shall be submitted by 11:00 AM on the closing date. The original hard-copy bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to "DAANISH SCHOOL (BOYS) HASILPUR" and delivered to the school by 10:00 AM on the closing date. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late bids or bids submitted through other methods will not be considered.
Opening: Electronic bids will be opened at 11:30 AM on the same day through the EPADS portal in accordance with PPRA Rules, 2014.
