Issuer: Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar. Tender Ref: DHQH Bahawalnagar LP 2026-27. Procurement is for a framework contract for purchase of medicines, surgical disposable items, SSP medicines, pathology & lab items, dialysis & X-ray films & chemicals, general store & dental materials, dialysis RO plant service, printing & stationery, surgical instruments, and electric/IT items for FY 2026-27.
Eligible bidders: Firms/companies/sole proprietors/general order suppliers/JVs registered with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax & Punjab Sales Tax). Single-stage two-envelope procedure applies. Bidding documents (English) are available free from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Punjab website.
Submission & bid security: Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab e-procurement system (eP). Each bid must be accompanied by 2% bid security of the estimated price in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Demand Draft/Pay Order as per eP policy. Late bids will be rejected. Bid validity to be specified up to 120 days. If the submission date is an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as closing date.
