Bid submission: Through Punjab e-procurement system (eP) only. Bids must be submitted electronically and will be opened online in presence of bidders' representatives. Submission deadline: 2026-08-03 at 10:00 AM; bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM.
Financial requirements: All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of 2% of the estimated price in the form of CDR / Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft / Pay Order as per eP policy. Late bids will be rejected. Bid validity: up to 120 days.

Medical Superintendent DHQ Hospital Bahawalnagar will not be responsible for any cost incurred by bidders in preparation/delivery of bids.
