Issuer: Office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin. Tenders are invited for Development Schemes under the Annual Development Program (ADP) 2026-27 from registered contractors on the E-PAD and Pakistan Engineering Council portal in the relevant category/codes for Financial Year 2026-27. Procurement method: Single Stage Single Envelope via the Punjab E-Procurement System.
Submission and opening: Tender documents must be uploaded on the EPAD/Punjab e-procurement portal by 2026-08-10 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-08-10 at 12:30 PM in the office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin. Bid security: 5% of the estimated cost (to be uploaded as per portal guidelines). All procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk/). Contractors must follow PPRA and Punjab e-procurement rules.
