Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Mardan / Mardan Medical Complex invites applications for the post of Security Supervisor (Grade-05) on a contract basis. Retired Pakistan Armed Forces personnel (NCOs/Junior Commissioned Officers) with appropriate experience are encouraged to apply.

| Eligibility / Qualifications | Retired NCOs (Non-Commissioned Officers) or JCOs (Junior Commissioned Officers) from the Pakistan Armed Forces. |
| Experience | Minimum 10 years of service in the Armed Forces. Experience in security operations and supervision preferred. |
| Physical & Medical Requirements | Medically fit to perform strenuous security duties (long hours standing and patrolling). Must be physically robust and in good health; medical certificate from a recognized hospital required. |
| Age | Preferably between 40 and 55 years. |
| Desirable Skills | Familiarity with security protocols, CCTV systems, and communication equipment. Clean service record and strong character certificate required. |

Important terms: Appointment will be governed under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institution Act, 2015 and MTI regulations. Appointees must resign from any existing employment. The institution reserves the right to increase/decrease/cancel posts. Minority/disabled quotas will be applied as per government policy. Selection may include a test conducted through ETEA; no TA/DA for test/interview. Incomplete applications or attempts to influence the selection process will lead to disqualification.
