A Public Sector Government Organization invites sealed bids for the auction of 33 vehicles (including motorcycles) on an "As Is & Where Is" basis. Inspection, bid submission and auction conditions are listed below.

Inspection: 2026-07-20 to 2026-07-31 (except Saturday & Sunday), 0900–1600 hrs (Monday to Friday) at the parking area: Plot No. 11, behind Total Petrol Pump, near Hamrahi Bus Stand, GT Road, Swan Camp, Rawalpindi.
How to bid: Interested bidders must submit separate sealed bids with a bank draft/CDR as bid security equal to 10% of the offered amount along with a copy of CNIC. Submit bids by 2026-07-31 up to 1600 hrs.
Opening of bids: Sealed bids will be opened on 2026-08-03 at 14:00 hrs. The successful bidder, after approval by the competent authority, will be required to deposit the balance/required amounts and complete vehicle removal within the prescribed period; failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the earnest money.
Other conditions: Vehicles are sold on an "As Is & Where Is" basis. Applicable taxes, registration fees and other legal dues are the responsibility of the purchaser. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids without assigning any reason.
