This notice announces that a client has agreed to acquire by pre-lease transfer the industrial property Plot No. G-11, measuring 16.20 acres, including all constructions, fixtures, utilities and appurtenances, situated at S.I.T.E. Kotri, District Jamshoro, from Dewan Khalid Textile Mills Limited. The transfer is subject to the consent and release of charges by the listed mortgagee banks, a competent court order for sale/assignment, and permission/consent for transfer by SITE Ltd.
All persons or institutions with any lawful claim, right, title or interest in the property must inform the Secretary SITE Ltd, Karachi and the undersigned advocate with supporting documentary evidence within ten days from the date of this notice.
