Advocate K.D. Rajani announces that his client has agreed to acquire by pre-lease transfer all that industrial property Plot No. G-11, measuring 16.20 acres, with all constructions, fittings, fixtures and appurtenances at S.I.T.E. Kotri, District Jamshoro, from Dewan Khalid Textile Mills Limited. The transfer is subject to consent/release of listed mortgagee banks, grant of a competent court order and permission/consent from SITE Ltd.

All persons or institutions claiming any lawful right, title or interest in the property must inform the Secretary, SITE Ltd, Karachi and the undersigned with supporting documentary evidence within ten days from the date of this notice.
