Prestigious commercial Bank seeks an experienced Regional Head to manage the bank's business and operations for the Muzaffarabad and Mirpur regions (Head Office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir). The role focuses on business development, achieving advances & deposit targets, portfolio quality and branch network performance.

Role & Responsibilities (summary): Manage the region’s business portfolio; supervise, maintain and analyse business statistics; develop commercial & retail banking strategy; coordinate branches to achieve advances & deposits targets; prepare regional revenue & expense budgets and capital budget recommendations for Head Office; review and ensure completeness/accuracy of MIS and reports; ensure compliance with Bank policies; conduct staff performance appraisals and coordinate with HR for administrative/disciplinary matters; devise strategies to limit NPLs and recover slow-moving advances; monitor existing credit portfolios, renewals, collections and explore new business opportunities.
Age Limits: Permanent induction: up to 42 years on closing date. Contractual induction: up to 57 years on closing date.
