Issuer: A prestigious bank with Head Office in Muzaffarabad, Azad Jammu & Kashmir (AJK) is hiring an experienced Regional Head to manage the bank’s entire business and operations portfolio for the Muzaffarabad and Mirpur regions.

| Experience | Minimum 10 years in Business Development and Management (preferably in banking) with at least 3 years in a similar role. Minimum 8 years of exclusive experience preferably in diversified banks/DFIs. Proven networking, monitoring and evaluation skills. |
| Key Skills / Expertise | Business development & management; teamwork; promoting performance culture; relationship building; change management; understanding of public sector banks/DFIs; technology impact on banking; strategic planning; process design; capacity building; branch & credit operations oversight; risk & compliance; strong presentation, analytical, decision-making, communication, leadership and computer skills (MS Word/Excel) |
| Primary Responsibilities | Manage the region’s business portfolio; develop and translate consumer, retail & commercial banking strategy into action; coordinate branches to achieve advances & deposit targets; prepare and monitor regional budgets; monitor portfolio quality and NPLs; ensure compliance and internal controls; oversee staff performance, training and discipline; prepare business & risk reports for Head Office; and other duties as assigned. |
