Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Layyah invites bids for multiple framework contracts/orders for the financial year 2026-2027. Bidding will be conducted through ePAD Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage - Two Envelope) procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014. Interested eligible bidders may obtain bidding documents, detailed specifications and further information from the office of the undersigned.
Bid security up to 5% of the estimated cost must accompany the bidding documents in the form of CDR, Pay Order or Demand Draft from any scheduled bank of Pakistan. NTN, Sales Tax registration certificate and other required documents must be submitted with bids. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. No negotiations are expected; bidders should offer their best and final prices.
