Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Communication & Works Department (C&W), Highway Division Kohat invites electronic bids through the E-PADS system from eligible contractors/firms registered with PEC under KPPRA procurement rules 2014 on single stage two envelope procedure.
Key instructions: registration with PEC and KPPRA enlistment (where applicable) are mandatory; bid security and other original documents must be submitted as stated; bidding entry fee (0.03% of estimated cost) is non-refundable; technical & financial proposals must be uploaded on E-PADS and original bid securities (in original) should be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer before closing time; the date for opening of financial bids will be announced after evaluation of technical bids.
