Issuer: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development & Management Company (KPEZDMC).
Purpose: Final warning to all allotment holders whose provisional allotments have exceeded two years without commencement of work or compliance with allotment conditions. All allotment holders must start development and fulfill the terms of their allotment by the deadline below.
Action Required: Begin construction / investment and meet all allotment conditions in accordance with the allotment letter. Failure to comply by the deadline will result in cancellation of the Provisional Allotment Letter (PAL) and initiation of legal proceedings and recovery actions against defaulters.
