Eligibility: Contractors registered in the appropriate class with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) C-6 category or above for year 2025-26; registered with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA), Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities. The firm must be a registered entity with KPRA under Rule 37A of KPPRA.
How to apply: Interested bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal and submit e-bids via EPADS. Registration link: https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration. Bid Solicitation Documents (BSD) must be downloaded from EPADS (no hard copies will be provided). Bids must be stamped and signed by an authorized person before uploading.
Deadlines and opening: Submit e-bids on or before 2026-07-15 by 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
Other conditions: All federal and provincial duties/stamp duty/taxes, including KPRA taxes, will be recoverable as per government directives. Any overwriting, manipulation, incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will be rejected. Relevant terms and conditions are available in the BSD. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
