Tender: Rehabilitation/Construction of Main Street (Hockey Ground to Railway Road), Dina

Issuer: Municipal Committee Dina. Municipal Committee Dina invites registered contractors/firms to submit e-bids through the Punjab e-Procurement / e-PADS system for the rehabilitation/construction of Main Street from Hockey Ground to Railway Road, Dina. Bidding will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

Eligibility & submission:

- Contractors/firms must be registered with PPRA and submit bids only via the e-PADS / Punjab e-Procurement System. Bidders must be registered with FBR and PRA (NTN and PNTN) as required for withholding tax compliance.

- Bidding documents, terms and conditions, and instructions for online submission are available free on the Punjab procurement portal (eprocure.punjab.gov.pk). Guidance on uploading is available on the Punjab procurement YouTube guidance links.

- Bid security / CDR must be furnished as specified in the bidding documents and uploaded via e-PADS. Non-responsive bids will be rejected. Bidders should follow all instructions and timelines posted on the e-Procurement portal.
