Office of the District Council, Mandi Bahauddin invites e-tenders (Single Stage Single Envelope) for Development Schemes under the Annual Development Program 2026-27. Eligible registered contractors on PDAs and with Pakistan Engineering Council registration and meeting relevant category/codes for FY 2026-27 may participate.
Bid submission (upload) deadline: 2026-09-09 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be opened on 2026-09-09 at 12:30 PM in the Hall of District Council, Mandi Bahauddin, in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
All procurements will be conducted exclusively through the Punjab E-Procurement System (https://eproc.punjab.gov.pk). Bid security of 5% in favor of District Council MBDin must be uploaded as per portal guidelines. Conditional tenders will not be entertained. Selection will be on the basis of least cost (lowest evaluated bid). Submission of forged documents or noncompliance may lead to disqualification and legal action. Successful bidders offering more than 4.99% above the estimated cost must deposit additional performance/quality assurance security equal to the amount of the difference, per applicable Finance/PD&R departmental instructions.
